Return Policy

We work with a trusted print-on-demand partner to create and ship your orders. Since each item is made just for you, returns are only accepted in specific cases outlined below.

Issues with Your Order?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact our fulfillment partner within 30 days of receiving your order. They’ll review your case and provide a replacement if appropriate.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Return Address & Unclaimed Packages

Returns are sent to our production partner’s facility. If a package is returned:

  • You’ll receive an automated email notification.

  • Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

​

If an incorrect return address is provided, they may not be able to process the return, and you may be responsible for any loss.

Wrong or Insufficient Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, the order will be returned to our facility. We can reship it to the correct address, but you’ll be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

If you still wish to exchange an item, you may place a new order at your own expense.

Face Masks & Other Sealed Goods

For hygiene reasons, face masks and other sealed goods cannot be returned or reshipped, unless they arrive defective.
